A U.S. military strike on a boat from Venezuela allegedly carrying illegal narcotics killed eleven people, The military strike is the first known action since recent deployment of warships to the seas near Venezuela. The president and the United States is on the offense against drug cartels that have destabilized the entire Venezuelan Basin, according Marco Rubio.
