GOP Senators Criticize Secret Service, FBI Over Trump Assassination Attempt July 13, 2024
On the evening of the Trump rally assassination attempt, at 5:45 p.m., a Secret Service sniper received a picture of Crooks and was informed of his location. There were 26 minutes to respond to resolve the security issue, and security failed.
