Three people were killed after a small twin-engine Cessna Cessna 421C crashed into a row of townhouses Saturday about 10:30 a.m., August 31, 2024 in a neighborhood in the city of Fairview east of Portland, Oregon. The crash site was about one mile southwest of the Troutdale Airport (KTTD), where the aircraft took off. Heavy fire was showing from a row of townhouses on Heartwood Circle in a gated community known as Fairview Terrace, northeast of the intersection of Sandy Boulevard and NE Arbor Crest Drive in Fairview.
