News Corp announces California Post launch in New York Post article
The New York Post announced Monday, August 4, 2025 that the company will expand by launching its tabloid style to a new publication to be known at The California Post.

Headquarters will be in Los Angeles. According to the New York Post, the launch is timed to coincide with a high-profile period for the Bay Area and Los Angeles with elections being held in 2026 for California governor, and upcoming sports contests, including next year’s World Cup, and the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
