Dish Network and Boost Mobile owner EchoStar to sell wireless spectrum licenses to AT&T for $23B

AT&T said on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 it will purchase key wireless spectrum licenses from EchoStar for about $23 billion, as the the U.S. telecom provider seeks to boost its network in a competitive market.
