Hamas launches rockets toward Kerem Shalom kibbutz, kills 3 IDF soldiers
IDF soldiers St.-Sgt. Tal Shavit, St.-Sgt. Ido Testa, and St.-Sgt. Ruben Marc Mordechai Assouline were killed in the Hamas rocket attack on the Kerem Shalom area near the Israel-Gaza border on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
Ten injured people were transported to Soroka Medical Center in the attack, including three in serious condition.
Kerem Shalom, a kibbutz in southwest Israel previously attacked on October 7, 2023, is located just southwest of the Gaza strip, and just south of the 1950 Armistice Agreement Line.
