Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, who only ate McDonald's in film "Super Size Me" dies of cancer

Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, who chronicled a 30-day period when he ate only McDonald's food in the Oscar-nominated "Super Size Me," to help raise awareness about the dangers of poor nutrition, died Thursday in New York from complications of cancer. Morgan Spurlock died at age 53.
