Wild crowd torches Waymo robotaxi in Chinatown, San Francisco -- for unknown reason
With several onlookers taking photos with smartphones, offender(s) broke into a Waymo robotaxi on Jackson Street near Grant Avenue in San Francisco about 9 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024. One offender broke a passenger side window with a skateboard, and then fireworks were tossed in the vehicle, which ultimately destroyed the vehicle with fire. The vehicle was not occupied.
