"Afforadable" Health Care: Hundreds of Thousands of Insured Get Cancellation Notices, But Penalty for Uninsured May Be Delayed

The U.S. individual health insurance market currently totals about 19 million people. Obama administration's regulations on grandfathering existing plans are so stringent, that about 85% of those, 16 million, are not grandfathered and must comply with Obamacare at their next renewal.

According to Kaiser Health news, hundreds of thousands of Americans have already received cancellation notices from the few insurance companies that they surveyed.
