Robert F. Kennedy Jr. disqualified for alleged false New York residency claim

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was disqualified Monday, August 12, 2024  from appearing on New York's general election ballot after Judge Christina Ryba ruled that he falsely claimed a New York residence on his nominating petitions, leading to their invalidation.

There is an August 15, 2024 deadline to appeal.
