Remains found of boy missing since September 2017; may have witnessed murder in Sarasota, Florida
Jabez Spann was 14 when he disappeared on Sept. 4, 2017, in Sarasota, Florida. A week earlier, another witness allegedly saw Spann at a fatal shooting scene.
Spann's remains were found along a fence line west of Interstate 75 in a rural Manatee County (north and northeast of Sarasota County) on Saturday afternoon, February 16, 2019.
