Bernie Sanders announces entrance to 2020 presidential race on Vermont Public Radio
"Together, you and I and our 2016 campaign began the political revolution. Now, it is time to complete that revolution and implement the vision that we fought for," Bernie Sanders said in an email to supporters and a announcement.
Sanders broke the news early Tuesday on Vermont Public Radio.
Early polls put Sanders in the lead, but trailing former Vice President Joe Biden.
