License Plates "Number Plates" Are Being Cloned in South Africa

When there are two or three or more people driving with your number plate on the e-toll routes in South Africa, it's the legal driver that will get the bill.

Roads agency Sanral reports drivers with incorrect bills won't have  to pay, and fake plates will be detected.
